Get Ready to: UNPLUG & READ
Spring is here (at least it should be). And with it, is a wonderful creation. From April 29-May 5th, Unplug & Read goes into play. Help be a part of this great event! If it lights up, turns on, or plugs in, SHUT IT OFF! Find out what Random House has put together and check out this awesome video!

I could not do it. There is no way I could unplug for a week...for one thing, I do a lot of electronic reading and have to check emails and such. I do think that it is good for children though.
ReplyDeleteThis is so fun!! I have been trying to not be on the computer and stuff as much. I only watch a few shows on TV so that wouldn't be that difficult, but if I unplugged for a whole week I would have like a thousand emails to go through and that wouldn't be very fun at all!! The idea of it sounds awesome, but actually doing it, not so much. It's a shame that so many of us are dependent on technology, but sadly we are and to completely unplug I think would be hard for most of us. Especially since most of us have ereaders too!
