I must say that when I first heard of Scary School, I assumed it would be a very interesting and really cool place to go. It is bad to assume. This is where you send your children if they are so terribly horrible that you are bald from pulling out your hair. Don't be surprised if they never make it back home. I can't even begin to fathom what goes down on the school bus.
Derek the Ghost is the tour guide throughout your journey inside of Scary School. To answer the question, yes he died at the school. That's how bad it can be. With characters so bizarre and imaginative, you'll be entertained the whole way through. I couldn't help but be creeped out by Mr. Spider Eyes. In the end, he gets to be a treat himself! Then we have Nurse Hairymoles. I'm not so sure it's a good thing to go to the nurse when she treats your ailments and gives you another issue entirely in return. Job security! I mustn't forget to mention the principal. I think her name tells enough about her. Principal Headcrusher. Enough said right?! You'll be flying through the pages, and the halls of Scary School, meeting many unusual creatures. A most entertaining read!
