I really debated with myself with the whole debacle a few weeks ago whether or not to continue IMM, start linking to a new meme featuring the basically same thing, or do a book haul myself. This has been a hard decision for me to make and I have decided to do my own thing. I really don't like the phrase 'book haul' and seeing as which ninety-five percent of the books I receive are through the mail (because I literally live in the middle of nowhere) I wanted to include mail, or mailbox in my title. (Yes, I feel as if I have to justify that). Needless to say, I have a ton to share with you because it has been awhile since I have. All links are through Amazon. If you prefer me to link to Goodreads, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Oooh so many great books! I've ordered Sweet Evil, so it should be here soon! I've heard it's amazing! :D Blackwood, Hemlock and Shadow and Bone look so good too! I have The Selection too, I can't wait to start it. I have to say I prefer the links to Goodreads in my opinion, just easier and quicker to add to my TBR list :D
ReplyDeleteGreat haul this week! I can't wait to read Sweet Evil! I finished The Selection a week or two ago, and while I wasn't blown away, it was a quick, fun read :-) Hemlock is next on my list. Isn't that a gorgeous cover?!
ReplyDeleteI, too, decided to "follow my own star" and do my own thing, in regard to IMM/STS. Kudos to you for doing the same! :-) I hope you enjoy all your lovelies!

We also decided to do our own thing.
Our Haul
I completely understand, I was really torn on what to do about the entire mailbox post debacle. I eventually went with The Sunday Post (which is inspired by IMM, and I feel it's important to give that credit) because I like incorporating book news and conversation with the "book haul". I'm still not sure I've settled but it's where I am now :).
ReplyDeleteYou have a TON of great books! Happy reading!

So funny how you gotta justify using "mail" or "mailbox" - no reason to, really, but I totally know what you mean!!!
ReplyDeleteSo many great books!! I'm so glad you shared!!
