National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month- On the Agenda

October is National Bullying Awareness Month. Amy from Lady Reader's Bookstuff and I have teamed up to bring you an amazing month's worth of stories, words of encouragement, truth, and tears. I sadly promise that throughout this month, if you stop by frequently, you will leave this blog with tears in your eyes. We have had some wonderfully amazing people donate their time, stories, memories, and some wonderful books. The point of this month is to stop the NONSENSE. Stop the BULLYING. Our goal is to help spread the word to a wide range of people and reach out to make a difference. Please, PLEASE don't ignore it. Bullying cannot be ignored.

It is NOT OK to put somebody down for any reason whatsoever. We all need to stand together on this. No bullying, NOWHERE. Help us spread the word and stay with us throughout the month. Amy and I will be running different things so please feel free to visit both of us.

Also, we would like to thank all of you who have participated and donated in this event. I can't name all of you (it would ruin the fun of what's to come) but here's to name a few: Kelly Creagh, Carmen Rodriguez, and Jean the Booknerd. We thank each and every one of you.

Please stop by later today, as the first real "bully" post will be up. It has been previously posted on another blogger's website and they have given Amy and I permission to use it. This is the reason we are doing this. This is the reason that bullying needs to stop. It is a very emotional and powerful story. Amy and I will both be posting the story on each of our blogs. This will be the only story that we will be sharing this month.

I love and appreciate all comments. This is an award free blog. I am unfortunately too busy to participate.
